ABOUT LIIFT4

LIIFT4 is an 8 week, four-day per week full-body weight lifting & HIIT home workout program. You’ll work 1-2 muscle groups per day with classic weight lifting techniques. With Joel coaching you through each movement, you’ll create a strong mind-muscle connection, so you get the most out of every rep!  Every workout feels like a personal training session. For the first 6 weeks, you’ll build, cut, and define your body, followed by 2 weeks to burn through calories and fat, revealing your ultimate physique.

  • There are no gimmicky moves, no overly complicated routines.
  • Each workout is structured to keep you lifting on pace and consantly moving.
  • Timed rest periods allow you to catch your breath before attacking each set.
  • The modifier provides an alternative movement, so all fitness levels can partcipate.
  • Three recovery days a week give your muscles time to repair so you can push harder, lift heavier, and get better results faster.

A basic selection of free weights is all you need to get the most of LIIFT4; meaning simply a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells (depending on your fitness level). As you progress and get stronger, your weight requirements should increase – which is a great thing!

RESISTANCE BANDS

You can substitute weights with resistance bands, which are perfect for keeping your workouts on track when traveling.  The resistance band modifier is available for every workout and will guide you through proper form and movement.
